If you're confident in taking on the Whole30 without a coach but would like to spend some time breaking down meal prepping for your busy schedule, this option is for you. We will spend time planning weekly menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meal prep can be overwhelming but having someone guide you through the meal prep process will eliminate any doubt and have you stay prepared weekly.
